Dragon is a product designer and project manager who embarked on his entrepreneurial journey shortly after graduating with his MBA in 2019. Over the last 5 years he has managed products across diverse industries; SaaS, Digital Forensics, web3, and Healthcare.

As the co-founder, Dragon has spearheaded the product development process with a hands-on approach, ensuring that every aspect of the product aligns with Foster's vision and goals. He blends technical skills, a marketing orientation, and analytical abilities to evolve product strategy, guide framework intent, and improve stakeholder impact.

Plumpa (Co-Founder & Creative Director)

Plumpa is a Creative Director. He was an early pioneer in podcasting and has helped lead creative, media, and brand direction across multiple industries ranging from Fintech to Fitness. He produced a successful live show called LoveS!ck and has worked with legendary Comedians such as Tom Green, Mark Normand, and the late Gilbert Gottfried.

As the co-founder, Plumpa leads brand development, facilitates strategic creator partnerships, and works on various initiatives to drive user onboarding and education. He works closely with the creator community to understand their pain points and consolidated their feedback, which is then triaged to our product team for grooming and implementation. He has integrated himself in the art community, both traditional and web3 communities, ultimately guiding users to their end goal.

Kartik Soneji (VP of Product)

Kartik is a full-stack developer and a community contributor to Metaplex. He's made numerous contributions to various Metaplex programs, such as auction house, auctioneer, and candy machine. Kartik was responsible for identifying and mediating critical bugs that contributed to the evolution of Metaplex programs.

JW (Director of Marketing & Growth)

JW is a generalist in the best sense of the word. With an Emmy Award and an MBA from USC under his belt, he worked as a platform and content strategist at PlayStation, helping launch the PS5 before moving to web3. His first job in the space was running partner marketing and content strategy for Slope Wallet, then building out AssetDash’s Solana community and strategy before finally settling in as an advisor and consultant in the space.

At Foster, JW is helping on a number of fronts, including growth, marketing, business development, and strategy. An art lover all his human life, and a core Solana community member all his web3 life, he is committed to Foster's vision and values.
