The Studio Hub provides admin tools for managing your merch store and legacy Studio NFTs, tracking order history, claiming merch editions, and tracking your milestones.

To navigate to your Studio Hub, just log in, click your profile image in the top navbar, and select ‘Studio Hub’ from the dropdown.

Overview

Studio Hub is organized into five tabs: Merch Store, Studio NFTs, Purchases, Sales, and Claim Merch.

Merch Store

Manage merch store items with actions like Delist, Update, or Cancel:

  • Delist: Available if the status is Live. It removes the item from your merch store, changing its status to "Expired" on your Studio Hub.

  • Update: Available if the status is Expired. Opens a dialog to republish or remove the item. Republishing requires setting a new start and end time. Removing is irreversible and deletes the item from both your merch store and Studio Hub.

  • Cancel: Available if the status is Upcoming. It removes the item from your merch store, changing its status to "Expired" on your Studio Hub.

Manage legacy Studio NFTs.

Active Studio NFTs

NFTs that have merch purchases enabled.

Eligible Studio NFTs

NFTs that can be enabled for merch purchases. To be eligible, you must be both the creator and the owner of the NFT.

Track order history of purchases for merch store items and legacy Studio NFTs.

Track order history of sales for merch store items and legacy Studio NFTs.

Displays merch items included with an edition you purchased.

Merch items that haven't been claimed will appear under the unclaimed filter.

When claiming, select your size and provide a shipping address. During checkout, users are responsible for tax and shipping fees. Payments can be made with SOL, USDC, or by card via Helio.

After claiming, the item will appear under the claimed filter.

Displays badges you've unlocked as you accomplish specific milestones.

Order Tracking

Users can track shipping by clicking view order. If the item has been shipped, the tracking number and carrier will be displayed. If awaiting shipment, it will say "Pending Order Creation."

Mark an Order as Shipped

For user-produced and fulfilled products, the seller can mark the order as shipped, notifying the buyer and enabling package tracking. The order detail page lets the seller input the tracking number, carrier and ship date.
